Consistent with the fundamentals of fair play in any "judicial” process is an opportunity for those accused to be heard by their peers. Therefore, students who are accused of violating University policy may request a formal hearing before a board of their peers. Article 4 of Student Rights and Responsibilities (aka, “the SRR”) describes the composition and jurisdiction of all non-academic hearing boards.

The Office of Student Support & Accountability advises four (4) hearing boards that operate within the framework of the AFR. Descriptions and membership of each board is outlined in the links below.
